In Ya Kitchen Cooking Competition

1. Residents of St Kits & Nevis are encouraged to register to participate in the first In Ya Kitchen Cooking Competition. Each participant will be required to submit a video displaying their cooking techniques while recreating a recipe as seen on the In Ya Kitchen Facebook page. Video submissions should be uploaded between August 1-10, 2021.
2. A total of ten entries will be selected. These 10 entries will then be uploaded to the In Ya Kitchen Facebook page for viewer interaction. Each video will receive a score of Like = 1 point    Share = 5 points.  The 4 highest scoring participants will move on to final round. Voting period: August 11-15, 2021.
3. An announcement of the top 4 participants will be made on August 16th 2021 via our social media pages, SKNIS and various media houses.  
4. A live Cook-off and Judging of the 4 finalists will be held on August 19th 2021. The participants will be provided with the main ingredients for the preparation of 1 baked good, 1 beverage and 1 side dish from the list of previously uploaded videos on the In Ya Kitchen Facebook page.
